News 10NBC, a Hubbard Broadcasting Station serving Rochester, NY, is looking for a dynamic, strategy-driven creative mind to develop and direct all aspects of station advertising and promotion strategies as Creative Services Director/ Marketing Director.

With a focus on differentiating News10NBC from our competition, this position is responsible for all brand related work including design and implementation of strategic marketing plans across multiple platforms.  The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in creating effective marketing campaigns, has strong visual storytelling abilities and proven leadership skills.  This position is charged with developing and executing marketing programs directed to consumers to: increase viewership, enhance brand awareness and increase market share.  As such, the person filling this position must have a deep understanding of brand execution and how it's demonstrated at all consumer touchpoints.
