Man arrestd for DWI on garden tractor

An Ontario County man has been arrested for driving while intoxicated while operating a garden tractor.

It happened on County Road 6 in Geneva.

Police say Michael David Bailey, 39 years old, was driving the tractor, but that it was difficult to see for oncoming traffic.

When they pulled him over, they checked his license, and found that this was the third DWI charge in the last ten years, making this charge a class D felony.

Bailey is in jail without bail.
