Police say Webster burglary not a random crime
Webster Police have arrested and charged an Ontario County man for breaking into a Webster woman's home and stole her wallet.
The burglary happened on September 14th at a home on Heritage Park.
Police say Roger W. Lattierre of Phelps broke into the home, forced the female to the floor, then stole her wallet. An investigation reveals that this was not a random crime.
Lattierre is charged with burglary, robbery, and grand larceny. He's scheduled to appear back in court later this month.
