Livingston Co. woman charged with identity theft
A Livingston County woman is under arrest after Sheriff’s Deputies say she used a credit card that wasn’t hers to make purchases.
Officials say 20-year-old Katrina VanGelder, a local merchant, had copied numbers off a Geneseo resident’s credit card and had used it in Geneseo and Mt. Morris.
VanGelder was charged with identity theft and petit larceny. She was remanded to the Livingston County Jail.
