Tom Golisano is donating $10 million to his foundation. It is the biggest gift he has given since 2002. That year he gave $14 million to the children's hospital that now bears his name.

The Rochester billionaire and founder of Paychex wants the money to go to organizations that help people with developmental disabilities in the Rochester area.
