Rochester man in court for Tremont Street homicide
A 19-year-old Rochester man arrested for murder will be in court today.
Police say Willis Clark shot and killed Kevin Thomas on Tremont Street last Thursday. He has been charged with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
