Swearing law protest held in Middleborough, Massachusetts

Potty mouths beware -- your bad habit could soon cost you. That’s the case in one Massachusetts town where police could soon be handing out $20 tickets for public swearing.

Dozens of people showed up at a town hall rally Monday, trying to fight the proposed law and four-letter words were flying.

Some protesters even made profanity-laced posters supporting free speech.

People who support the new law also showed up to defend it.

Police won't be issuing any tickets until the state attorney general decides if the proposed law is constitutional.
