Swearing at work could cost you

A survey released today shows swearing at work could cost you.
 
The Harris Interactive survey shows 64-percent of employers said they would think less of an employee who repeatedly swears. Fifty-seven percent would be less likely to promote someone who curses in the office.
 
Fifty-one percent of workers said they curse at work and the majority said they do so in front of their co-workers.
 
Slightly more than half say they curse in front of the boss.  However workers are less likely to swear in front of senior leaders and clients.
