Bankruptcy judge allows Kodak bonus plan
A judge cleared the way for Kodak to pay millions of dollars in bonuses to 15 top executives and senior managers.
According to Nasdaq -- bankruptcy Judge Allan Gropper gave the approval today. The total figure of all the bonuses could go up to $4.5-million.
They are an extension of Kodak’s "excel" bonus plan and are based on reaching certain financial goals.
A separate bonus was approved for Kodak president Laura Quatela -- which will be tied to how much money Kodak raises at its auction this week for digital imaging patents.
