Kodak decision expected Monday

After two postponed meetings, a bankruptcy judge is supposed to decide Monday whether to approve an agreement between Kodak and a committee of retired employees.

If the decision passes, healthcare benefits for retirees not eligible for Medicare will stop at the end of this year in return for a cash payout. The amount of that payout depends on Kodak’s successful emergence from bankruptcy.
