In this case, I just discovered, of all people, a professor of electrical engineering at the University of San Diego named Dr. Michael Morse. What does an electrical expert in San Diego have to do with the life of glamour and excitement? Well just look at this guy's biography! An ex-charter yacht guy, he has sailed the world, drives a red sports car, researches a subject that he loves, and testifies in court as an expert in electrical accidents.
