Tip: Choosing the right light bulb

Thanks to Trim Electric, a Houston electrical contractor, for these tips on choosing the right light bulb. Biggest tip? Wattage is how much energy the light bulb consumes;  not how bright the bulb is. Another tip: Xenon bulbs are a good alternative to halogen bulbs. Third biggest tip: Find out what the wattage of the fixture is before purchasing a bulb for it.
