A new survey says just one in three Americans are engaged and inspired at work.
Gallup polled more than 150,000 full and part-time workers and results show a little more than half of workers are present but not particularly excited about their jobs and one in five are actively disengaged. That means they're actively spreading bad attitudes in the work place.
Gallup says those disengaged employees cost the U.S. up to $550-billion in lost productivity last year.
