Sanford, FL police chief to speak in Rochester

On Wednesday, February 26, the Rochester community will hear from a man who was thrust into the spotlight of the George Zimmerman-Trayvon Martin case two years ago.

Cecil Smith, the police chief in Sanford, Florida, will be the main speaker at the annual awards luncheon for the Center for Dispute Settlement.
