Sheriff's deputies in Wayne County say 20-year-old Zachary T. Coyne has been arrested following blood test results from a traffic stop on June 2. Investigators say they determined Coyne's blood alcohol content to be .14 percent on the night of the stop.

According to deputies, Coyne was pulled over for not wearing his seat belt while driving in the Village of Palmyra. He was charged with not wearing his seat belt and driving while intoxicated.

Deputies say he was released on appearance tickets and will answer charges in the Village of Palmyra court at a later date.
