 Ontario County Sheriffs Deputies said a 12-year-old male student at Marcus Whitman Middle School in Ontario County has admitted to making a bomb threat at the school on Wednesday.
The bomb threat was found written on a bathroom wall in the middle school. Ontario County Sheriffs Deputies went to the school and interviewed the student and he admitted to writing the threat.
Because of the student’s age, his case was referred to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Department Juvenile Aid Division and faces possible Ontario County Family Court action. School officials are internally handling this case.
