This is a follow up to an I-Team 10 investigation. A man suspected of arranging for illegal weapons to be sent to a Rochester company, has pleaded guilty.

The U.S. attorney's office says Gary Hyde of England admitted to a charge of removing and altering markings on imported items. The office says Hyde and another man, Karl Kleber, owned an arms company in Great Britain.

Back in 2007, Hyde and Kleber bought high capacity ammunition magazines from a Chinese manufacturer. A year later, Kleber agreed to sell them to a Rochester wholesaler. The office says both men knew it was illegal to sell Chinese-manufactured magazines in the U.S.

Hyde was sentenced to time served. He's already in jail for a separate case.

Kleber was convicted in 2011, and is waiting to find out his sentence.

A third man still faces charges in this case.
