I-Team 10 first told you Monday about a court clerk from Richmond in Ontario County who is facing drug charges. Now, the Richmond Town Supervisor says the clerk is resigning.
Sherriff's Deputies say Loren Garlock and her family were growing marijuana at their home.
Deputies say they executed a search warrant and seized more than 16 ounces of marijuana from the family's home.
Garlock's husband and son are also charged.
Garlock worked as the court clerk for one of the justices in the town of Richmond.
