Police say they've finally been able to arrest a man who claimed to be collecting money for a fundraiser, when he was actually pocketing the cash.
William Bryan Junior was arrested on a warrant Wednesday by Brockport Police. He's facing four charges of fraudulent accosting and one count of scheme to defraud.
Police say Bryan went door-to-door and to different businesses in Brockport, claiming to be taking donations for national charities. He's already facing charges of petit larceny and false personation and could face other charges in other area towns, too.
If you think you've been a victim of Bryan's scheme, call your local police department.
