Have your air miles been stolen? We want to know

We are hearing reports about people's air miles just disappearing. People try to use them for a long awaited trip and when they go to cash them, the miles are gone. Has this happened to you?

They found one couple whose air miles were stolen by someone. The airline eventually credited them with the miles but never indicated how they were stolen. The airline said they were used on a flight to and a hotel in Singapore. The couple never went there.
