Olympic competition ends in PyeongChang for Pittsford's Paige Conners

Competition at the PyeongChang Olympics ended Tuesday night for Pittsford's Paige Conners.

Conners and partner Evgeni Krasnopolski are skating for Team Israel. They skated a score of 60.35, 2.7 points below what they needed to advance to Wednesday's free skate.

Conners and partner Evgeni Krasnopolski placed 19th. Only the top 16 finishers after the pairs short program advance to the free skate.

Conners, 17, also skated in the team figure skating event last Wednesday. Team Israel placed 8th.

Conners' mother holds dual U.S. and Israeli citizenship, which allows her daughter to compete for Israel in the Olympics.
