The New York State Department Department of Motor Vehicles' credit card system is down statewide Friday morning, according to the Monroe County Clerk.
The DMVs can currently only accept cash, check or money order to process transactions.
NYS DMV has notified us that credit card system is down statewide. Currently our DMVs can only accept cash, check or money order to process transactions. I apologize for any inconvenience, and will post updates when available.
