News10NBC's Rich Donnelly rappels down First Federal building for fundraiser

News10NBC sports anchor Rich Donnelly made his way down the side of the First Federal building as part of a fundraiser for the Boy Scouts on Friday.

It was all part of the Seneca Waterway Council's yearly fundraiser: "21 Stories for Scouts." More than 80 people took part in this year's event, including media personalities.

Rich planned to go over Thursday, but inclimate weather pushed back the event to Friday.
