It's a fact - life gets stressful. So what can we do to de-stress?
Becca Miller from the RAC for Women says going for a walk can help relieve stress. She also suggests making a to-do list, stop hitting the snooze button, and prepare yourself for each day.
Also be sure to make time for yourself!
