Officers were called to the park on May 27 for a report of a person on fire near the tennis courts. At the scene they found Jones' body. An investigation found that Jones had been shot and then set on fire.

Williams also faces weapons, drug and child endangerment charges after officers found guns and Fentanyl inside her home -- where her two-year-old niece and 12-year-old son were also staying.

On top of all this, police say Brown is on parole for a 2016 drug conviction. He is currently being held in Genesee County Jail on a parole violation.
