Gov. Cuomo proposes creating schools for recovering addicts

Governor Andrew Cuomo is suggesting another way to curb heroin addiction.

He's calling for the state to create two high schools for recovering addicts. Governor Cuomo says one school would be downstate and the other would be upstate, but he did not give an exact location.

Cuomo says those in recovery schools can learn in a substance-free and supportive environment with the hopes of helping students stay healthy to graduate.
