News10NBC has obtained new information on the woman accused of killing a stranger in cold blood. Based on the indictment of the Monroe County Grand Jury, we know Holly Colino is accused of having three guns including a semi-automatic rifle.
Brockport Police say Colino used a handgun to shoot and kill Megan Dix. Police say Dix was shot in Brockport on August 25 while she was sitting in her car on her lunch break. Police say Colino and Dix were strangers.

This the first time the rifle has been mentioned in a public document.
Colino was charged with murder on August 29. She was arraigned in Brockport Village Court. Brockport Police say she used her 380 pistol to shoot Megan Dix in the head. Dix was eating lunch in a secluded parking lot less than a mile from the Lowe's department store where she worked.
Colino was first arrested on Monday, August 28 after the Monroe County Sheriff's Office says she pulled a gun on a Sticky Lips restaurant employee while the employee was in her car in the restaurant parking lot.
Later that night, Colino is accused of escaping from the Sheriff's Office station in Henrietta. The Sheriff's Office says she was captured two hours and 45 minutes later.
In the days before and after the murder, Colino is accused of spray painting graffiti all over East Rochester, Fairport and Brockport. Each location was tied to either a former boyfriend, her old school, job, her family and one was less than two miles from the murder scene.

Colino's arraignment is Thursday morning at the Hall of Justice in front of Judge Charles Schiano Jr. News10NBC is going to try to get a camera inside the courtroom.
