An inmate at the Seneca County Correctional Facility is facing charges he allegedly drew a Nazi emblem on the wall of the recreation yard.
Albert Sherman, of Syracuse, was arrested after deputies say the 37-year-old also wrote racially derogatory language on the wall within the facility.
Sherman is charged with aggravated harassment, criminal mischief, and making graffiti. He is due in Romulus Town Court on May 25.
He is in the Seneca County Correctional Facility on a charge of second-degree assault.
