Months after closing, the movie theater known for its low prices is back open.
Management at the theater tells us Movies 10, on West Henrietta Road in Brighton, re-opened on Friday.
The theater closed in January, but we're told new owners have purchased the theater and done renovations that include new seats and a new concession stand.
Linda Zurich, co-owner of Movies 10, says they combined some of the original design -- with top-of-the-line technology.
"We have the Pittsford 9 Cinema and we became aware that this location was available and we saw the potential to make an unbelievable, great family entertainment with a really reasonable $3 price," said Zurich.
The movie listings for Friday night include The House, Rough Night, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and the Mummy.
