State keeping quiet on what it offered Amazon in bid to land second HQ

New York officials are still refusing to release details on what the Empire State offered Amazon in four bids to host the retail giant's second headquarters.

One of those bids is Rochester and Buffalo's joint pitch. According to Politico, the president of Empire State Development, Howard Zemsky, says they've had some back and forth with Amazon to get initial feedback.

Zemsky also says the state sent a letter detailing an incentive package for any winning geography. But he's keeping things private to "Enhance our chances of winning."
