A dinosaur toy with a special message was found in a local park.

A picture posted to the Webster, New York Facebook page shows the toy with a note. The note challenges the person who finds it to complete a "random act of kindness" in the next 48 hours, then post a video or photo to Facebook along with the hashtag "Blue for Jack James."

The person is also asked to nominate three other people to do the same. The person is also encouraged to make a donation to the Jack Foundation. That's the group created in honor of Jack James Heiligman.

The three-year-old was tragically killed last month. The foundation was set up with an aim towards building dinosaur-themed playgrounds in the community to honor him.
