Four people face murder charges in his death: his sons Alex and Colin Rideout, his estranged wife Laura, and her boyfriend Paul Tucci.

Investigators say they tried to cover up the crime by hiding evidence at Mendon Ponds Park and by cleaning up a scene at Craig Rideout's apartment.

All four will appear in court on Monday to discuss motions in the upcoming trial. All four remain free on bail.
