Rochester Police say that no charges will be filed after a seven-month-old baby was seriously burned by hot water.
Eson Morris was burned last month. His mother says the baby was burned after he was dropped off at his great aunt's home. But, the great aunt wasn't there and her 12-year-old daughter was caring for the baby. The girl says she ran out of wipes and was trying to clean the baby with water, but it was too hot. Doctors estimate the water must have been above 140 degrees.
Since then, Eson has needed skin grafts and a blood transfusion.
