Squirrel Slam case heads back to court

The debate over the controversial Squirrel Slam in Holley is headed to court this Friday.

Oral arguments for the case will be heard at the Orleans Courthouse in Albion.

The case will have implications for all hunting contests in New York. The Erie County Supreme Court justice will hear a lawsuit over the Squirrel Slam -- and decide if the killing of the squirrels can lead to a "significant adverse environmental impact."
