Ovid man arrested for menacing, reckless endangerment
State Police in Waterloo have arrested a man for waving a gun at a teenager.
Police say Douglas Zammett of Ovid ran a 15-year-old boy and his ATV off the road and waved at handgun at the boy.
Zammett faces charges of reckless endangerment, menacing and endangering the welfare of a child.
He is in jail without bail.
