Attica woman accused of assaulting her two-month-old baby
An Attica woman is facing felony charges after state police say she assaulted her two-month-old baby.
State police say it happened last Monday.
Ann Kozlowski is accused of breaking the infant's femur and ribs. The baby is still at the Women and Children's Hospital in Buffalo.
The 25-year-old mother is in the Wyoming County Jail on $10,000 bail.
