Large fire in the Village of Alfred
Our affiliate in Buffalo, WGRZ, is reporting that a number of buildings in the Allegany County village of Alfred's historic business district have been damaged after a fire. It happened around 6:30 a.m.
One of the buildings housed students from Alfred University. They were not injured.
The Alfred Montessori School is closed as a result of the fire.
