Update: Police identify 2 murder victims

A teen and a man were shot in two separate incidents early Sunday morning, and both are dead.

Rochester police say 17-year-old Anthony Turner was shot in the upper torso on Augustine Street on the city's westside, just before 2am.

News 10NBC learned Sunday afternoon that his man has died from his injuries. Chief David Moore tells us they think he might have just left a party when the incident occurred.

Less than an hour later, police responded to Woodlawn Street, which is off Monroe Avenue near a popular late night resturant. When they arrived, they found 31-year-old Michael Washington lying face down in the middle of the street with a gunshot wound to the head.

Police think a fight took place right before the victim was shot. They're looking for a male suspect in his 20s, wearing a blue jacket and dark clothing.

RPD is still investigating both shootings.
