Police in Lyons make arson arrest
State Police in Lyons have arrested a man from Palmyra for one count of arson in the third degree. 18-year-old Kenneth Larock reportedly set fire to a storage shed owned by Plassche Lumber, located along the railroad tracks, under the State Route 21 Bridge in Palmyra.
The storage shed and everything inside it were destroyed in the fire. The shed was used to store lumber and building supplies.
Larock was arraigned in the Town of Palmyra Court in front of Town Justice Terry Rodman and is in Wayne County Jail without bail. The case will be heard by a Wayne County Grand Jury on November 10th.
