100 bags of heroin seized

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office arrested three people from Allegany County on felony drug charges Monday.

The Sheriffs Office tells us three people were driving through Livingston County after purchasing illegal drugs in the City of Rochester. They were stopped by a deputy on Route 408 in the Town of Mt. Morris for a vehicle and traffic law violation. After investigating, the deputy found 100 bags of heroin.

Wesley Histed, 30, of Belfast, New York, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance – that’s a felony. Deputies say he had 21 bags of heroin in his possession.

 

 

William Marble, 35, of Scio, New York, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance after deputies found him with 47 bags of heroin.

 

 

Niomi Mighells, 25, of Angelica, New York, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. She was found with 32 bags of heroin.

 

All three suspects were taken to Livingston County Jail on $5,000 bail.
