Human foot wearing a shoe found in Springwater
New York State Police Investigators in Wayland confirm that a human foot with a shoe on it was located in a creek near School Street in Springwater, NY.
State Police suspect the foot belongs to a former missing person. Foul play is not suspected. Police say they are not searching for a body.
According to State Police, a New York State DEC crew found the foot today while working on erosion control at the creek.
