79-year old charged with murder in car accident
A 79-year old man is charged with murder in the second degree after killing another man in a car accident.
It happened on County Route 6 in Fulton, NY.
Police say William Levea was driving his car and repeatedly rammed into the rear of a pickup truck. The driver of the vehicle, 41-year Christopher Spack, lost control of the truck, then crossed over the median and hit another truck. Spack was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
Another man involved in the accident suffered minor injuries,
Levea has been charged with murder in the 2nd degree, Driving While Intoxicated, and Reckless Driving. He was not injured in the accident.
