Teen arrested for animal cruelty, growing marijuana
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department has arrested a 17-year-old man for animal cruelty and growing marijuana.
Deputies say a dog was found locked in the bathroom of William Jones’ in unsanitary conditions. Deputies also found marijuana plants in the home.
Jones was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Marion Town Court at a later date.
