U.S. Navy reservist killed in Kuwait
A U.S. Navy reservist with ties to the Rochester area has been killed in Kuwait.
Petty Officer Brian Patton was from Nanticoke, Pennsylvania, but he was based at the Navy operation center on Paul Road in Chili. He also did his training there.
Military officials say Patton was killed in a vehicular accident while on patrol in Kuwait.
Funeral arrangements are pending.
