Police: Waterloo man choked his girlfriend during argument

A Waterloo man is facing charges following a domestic incident.
State Police say 23-year-old Andrew Morseman was arguing with his girlfriend and at some point, he choked her.
Morseman was charged with second-degree strangulation.
He was arraigned and remanded to Seneca County Jail $3,500 cash bail and is due back in court later today.
