Rochester Police ID man shot and killed on Main Street

Rochester Police have identified the man who was shot and killed on Main Street and King Street.

Police were called to Main Street near King Street for shots fired inside the store around 11:30p.m. Saturday. 

When police arrived, they found 29-year-old Stephen Cobb dead in his car on the King Street side of the building with what appeared to be a gunshot wound. 

Police believe Cobb went to his car after he was shot. The suspect fled the scene before police arrived. Investigators believe Cobb was confronted inside the store by the suspect who began shooting at him. 

There are no suspects in custody and the investigation is continuing.
