Rochester man sentenced in deadly East End shooting

nullA man convicted of manslaughter in a deadly East End shooting was sentenced Thursday.

Joseph Fafone was sentenced to 10 years plus 5 years post release supervision. Fafone shot and killed Samuel Maldonado last May on Haags Alley off Alexander Street.

Investigators say Fafone and Maldonado knew each other and had an argument during a “business transaction.”
