KeyBank acquires HSBC branches

There are big changes for HSBC bank customers.

KeyBank is acquiring 37 HSBC branches in the Rochester and Buffalo areas and the transition will be completed after those branches close Friday.

HSBC customers have been mailed welcome kits with all the transition information.

The new KeyBank branches will re-open at 9 a.m. Monday.
