I-Team 10 follow-up: Former Wegmans worker indicted on charges of threatening Danny and Colleen Wegman

A New Jersey man has been indicted on charges that he threatened Danny Wegmans and his daughter, Colleen.

According to a release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Hans Ni is accused of sending threats to “kill” both the CEO and president of Wegmans. The office says those threats were sent through a fake email account from a library in New Jersey. A date for arraignment on the charges has not been set.

If he’s convicted, Ni could face a maximum of five years in prison, a $250,000 fine, or both on each charge.
