Corning not named “Most Fun Town”

Earlier this year, Corning was in the running to be named “Most Fun Town” in America. The results are in and unfortunately Corning did not win the title.

Delray Beach, Florida won the month-long contest but that isn’t dampening the spirits of the people who live in Corning.

The city will still be featured on a Travel Channel special that will air on July 25.

Corning leaders say the contest, which was sponsored by Rand McNally, exposed people from all over the country to what Corning has to offer.
